VelociDrone is licensed under a non floating license. This means it matters how many machines you try to log your userid onto as the server will be watching to see if your license is being used across more than the one main machine and one backup machine that are allowed under the End User License Agreement (published on our website).
We of course build in a little leeway so that customers can periodically upgrade their PC and not have the license revoked.
However - if within a short period of time (days) the server sees the same license login across multiple machines then it will immediately revoke that license for license abuse.
If your license is revoked you can contact us to have it reenabled via a ticket to our support system.
We will only reenable a license once - if you revoke it again it is permanent.
When we reenable a license we ask why the license was being used across multiple machines in contravention to the license terms.
We may also ask you to change your password as if you have given your id out to someone else to use (also not allowed under the licensing terms) then the password needs to be changed to stop other parties accessing it (and potentially revoking your license that you paid for permanently).
We try to be fair and understanding with customers and we ask that customers do the same and abide by the licensing terms - which avoids difficult conversations about why they can no longer use the simulator they purchased.
