If you wish to delete your account - whether that be for desktop or mobile then the following should be considered:
1. deletion is permanent, we will not reinstate a deleted account, even if you have paid for the product. If you choose to delete your account then you do so and agree that this is your choice and an unrecoverable operation.
2. deletion is a manual process and should be requested by raising a ticket. You can a raise ticket using the link under the support menu on our website. There also links to raise a ticket at the top of the knowledge base main page.
3. deletions will only be carried out if the request for delete comes from the account owning email.
4. Account deletion deletes your user name, email, password and player name. Any other data you submitted to our leaderboards may remain but will no longer reference your player name, we also retain the details of your payments for our accounting purposes.
