When I shut the throttle the quad throttle is not closing and is still at half throttle Print

This is most often caused by not putting the throttle stick in the middle of it's throw when instructed to do so in the control assignment process.

Run control assignment again and make sure you put the throttle in the middle for the first countdown from five and only move the throttle away from middle in the second countdown from five.
